- Tags & Packaging: The item must have all original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).
Exceptions:
- Customized or Personalized Products: These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. This includes any products with custom prints, designs, or alterations.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Ship Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Daily & Beyond is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
3. Return Address
You will be provided with the appropriate return address once your return is authorized. Please do not send items to any address listed on the website without return authorization, as they may not be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your return. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the inspection and refund process.
Approved Returns:
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Non-Refundable:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
