5. Customized Orders
Customized orders are accepted under the following conditions:
- Customers must submit exact specifications and designs at the time of order placement.
- Once customization details are confirmed, they cannot be modified, and any error in customer-provided designs will be the customer's responsibility.
- Payment for customized items must be made in full at the time of the order. No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed on custom items unless the product is defective upon receipt.
- Daily & Beyond reserves the right to reject any customization requests that include offensive, obscene, or unlawful content.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is available within the U.S. and to select international locations.
- Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Daily & Beyond is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as shipping carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or natural disasters.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect shipping details provided by you.
- Delivery times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Daily & Beyond offers a 7-day return policy for most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags intact, to be eligible for a return.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
- To qualify for a return, you must first contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item to obtain return authorization.
- Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment. If your payment method is no longer available, you must provide an alternative at your own expense.
8. Return Process
