2. Order Not Shipped Yet?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, it may mean that your order is still being processed. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped.
To check the status of an order that hasn’t shipped yet:
- Log into your Daily & Beyond account, and navigate to the Order History section to see your order status.

3. Common Tracking Issues
If you encounter any issues while tracking your order, here are some common troubleshooting tips:
- Tracking Number Not Found: If your tracking number isn’t working, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
- Order Still Processing: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, tracking information won’t be available. Please allow time for order processing (usually 1-3 business days).
- Delayed Shipping: Shipping delays can sometimes occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery.
